On April 11, 2022, NIGPAS, the name of minor planet No.513557 was formally approved by the WGSBN, a working group of the International Astronomical Union and is responsible for assigning names to minor planets and comets. For NIGPAS has devoted itself to the exploration and development of geological and mineral resources in China and has become an international leader in stratigraphic and palaeontological research.
