1. The First International Symposium on Quantitative Stratigraphy and Palaeobiology and GBDB Summer Course (ISQSP) will take place in Nanjing, China on July 20-27, 2010.
2. Registration fee is $120.  Registration fee does not include accommodation and meals, and participants can make their own bookings or ask us to book for them.
3. We encourage undergraduate and graduate students to attend the symposium. There is no registration fee for student.
4. During the symposium, the professors will introduce the background and recent advances of each quantitative method, as well as the methodology of each method, such as how to prepare data, find and use software, and analysis the result. The professors will prepare some sample data for the course and release them to the participants through the symposium website. So we suggest all the participants bring their laptop to the symposium and do exercise under the instruments of the professors. We will set up a wireless Internet environment in the conference hall.
5. From 19:30 to 22:00 is the free-talking time presided by the professor who gives presentations at the daytime.
