The Workshop on Sino-US Collaborative Research on Critical Transitions organized by NIGPAS, which focused on the topic of “History of Life Evolution in Critical Geological Periods”, have been held on August 4 to 6 in Kunming, Yunnan province, China. More than 80 scientists from USA and China attended this workshop and the post-conference filed work.
