On the Chihsian Successions in South China

Abstract:

The Chihsian Formation is the standard reference fro the lower portion of the Yangsingian Series in China. In addition to the Chihsian successions of eponymous area, those of the outer shelf and slope facies are also presented. Two regional stages of the Chihsian Subseries, the Luodianian Stage and the Xiangboan Stage are introduced.
